This is a particularly value-adding service for clients with complex organizational structures that need to be taken into consideration in their Process Analysis efforts.
This “connectivity” is designed to meet a range of client requirements. It is therefore very flexible in terms of the content and the graphical representation of the results. Clients can decide how they want their organizational charts to look: number of organizational levels per model, horizontal or vertical display of different levels etc. Data, links and attributes can also be added to the synchronization process.
The synchronization process ensures that the published data remain up-to-date, accompanied with a detailed change report being generated every time synchronization takes place. This report contains a comparison between the old and new data, allowing HR managers to see which elements are new, checked, deleted, or updated.
